Ginger Ale Ice: 1 cup water - 1/2 cup sugar - 1 12-oz. can ginger ale. Put water and sugar over med heat til sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in ginger ale. Pour mixture into a 2-quart dish. Cover and freeze until completely frozen (about 4 hours), stir after 2 hours. Just before serving, break up mixture with a fork until fluffy. Makes 6 (2/3-cup) servings.
